Sustainability in Trades = Women in Trades

Join us Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 12-1:15pm ET for a panel discussion on what it means to be a woman in the trades. While climate change is a major driving force for a necessary industry/ sectoral pivot in the building trades, less attention is given to the importance of women in the trades.

We need women in the trades to address critical labour shortages at a time when we need to ramp up retrofits and green our infrastructure. We need women to bring their rich experience, skills and perspectives, multiple and diverse approaches are key to addressing climate change into the trades.
