Although the justification of energy management (EM) projects may seem obvious to some people, many clients and colleagues may not be aware of the benefits. The ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate both the energy and non-energy benefits of projects or retrofits – from operational cost savings, to conservation, to reduced equipment maintenance – is key to selling EM projects.
This one-day training program is designed as a hands-on workshop with innovative exercises. You will be introduced to communication and financial analysis concepts. Then, all participants prepare their own short proposals, and the day concludes with an analysis of one of the prepared proposals.
